These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the b550 platform and all its services. Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, b550 reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts at any time, and all bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure. b550 may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

b550 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500 — the same rule applies for each method.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

b550 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, b550 may temporarily hold a withdrawal while identity verification is in progress or if any unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account's identity verification must be completed before withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. b550 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until any additional verification process is completed, if deemed necessary.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at b550, you will receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or markets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• b550 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account and any associated earnings will be forfeited.

5. VIP Program

b550's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and contribution on the platform. b550 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms or restructure its tiers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when b550's server successfully records it and assigns a confirmation number. Claims for bets that were not registered due to network issues or technical errors will not be accepted.

6.2 Software Errors

If an abnormal amount is won due to a technical or system error, b550 reserves the right to void that win. b550 may correct transactions that resulted from such errors.

6.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

Any form of fraudulent activity, software hacking, use of bots, or exploitation of the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

b550 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Attempting fraudulent bonus claims.
• Violation of age-related rules.

Users may also request account closure themselves. It is the user's responsibility to verify their balance before closing their account.

8. Limitation of Liability

b550 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Financial losses caused by the user's own negligence or intentional mistakes.

In any circumstances, b550's maximum liability is limited to the balance available in the user's account.
